Welcome to Onlyfurn. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place an order.

1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, or “Onlyfurn” refers to the online business and its affiliates.
“You” or “Customer” refers to the person using the website and/or purchasing products.
“Website” means the Onlyfurn online store and its associated applications and services.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

All orders placed through the Website are subject to acceptance by Onlyfurn.
A contract between you and Onlyfurn is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email that acknowledges your order.
Prices shown include VAT and any other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
All orders are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched or delivered.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, EFT, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, Onlyfurn reserves the right to cancel your order.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary based on product availability and your location.
Onlyfurn will endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee them. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. transportation issues) may occur.
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the Customer once goods are delivered to the address provided.

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Onlyfurn’s Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on return eligibility, refunds, damaged products, and warranties. (This policy is linked and forms part of these Terms.)

8. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or any other applicable laws. If any provision in these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting the remainder of these Terms.
