Onlyfurn Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Onlyfurn. We’re committed to delivering your mirrors safely and efficiently. Please review our delivery terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or special-order mirrors may take up to 7–10 business days to process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed and another notification when it ships.


2. Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

We deliver within South Africa using trusted courier partners experienced in handling fragile items:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability, courier delays, or weather conditions.


3. Delivery Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Free delivery promotions may be offered from time to time — check the offer details for eligibility requirements.

  • If your address requires special handling (e.g., rural or difficult access), additional charges may apply.


4. Shipping & Handling of Mirrors

Mirrors are fragile products that require special packaging:

  • Every mirror is securely packed with protective materials such as foam corners, bubble wrap, and reinforced cartons.

  • Onlyfurn is not responsible for damage after delivery acceptance by the customer or their agent.

  • If a mirror arrives damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery or sign it as damaged.


5. Delivery Acceptance & Inspection

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect the package before signing for it.

  • If damaged packaging is visible, sign as Damaged / Refused and notify us immediately.

  • Take photos of the packaging and any visible damage.

Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a replacement.


6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

  • If the courier attempts delivery and nobody is available, a redelivery may be scheduled.

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply if the courier charges us for returned or reattempted deliveries.


7. Delivery Confirmation

  • Once delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation message.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the courier scans the package at the delivery address.


8. Change of Delivery Address

  • Requests to change the delivery address after an order has shipped may incur additional fees.

  • Onlyfurn is not responsible for delivery delays or lost items due to incorrect customer-provided addresses.


9. Returns & Delivery Related Issues

Onlyfurn’s Returns Policy applies to all orders — including delivery issues. Briefly:

  • Damaged on arrival: Must report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Non-delivery or lost items: Will be investigated case-by-case with proof of purchase.

  • You may be asked to provide photos and other documentation for claims.

10. Refunds for Delivery Issues

Refunds due to delivery issues (lost/damaged) may be issued once:

  • Investigation with the courier is complete, and

  • Valid proof is provided.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process to your original payment method.


11. Liability Limitation

  • Onlyfurn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential costs arising from delivery delays.

  • Our maximum liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the value of the item(s) purchased.
